ALL ILLEGAL ALIENS SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO LEARN ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE

I think this one is self explanatory.  I thought about my grandparents when I created this one.  Although they weren’t illegal aliens.  It was more about how I had difficulty communicating with them because I spoke more English than them.  Fun times.
